Di Indonesia masalah terhubungan termasuk masalh utama yg harus diselesaikan kalau kita mau menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan.

Penyakit Tidak Menular

Hasil riset kesehatan dasar 2018 mewujudkan prevalensi penyakit yang tidak menular meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan riskesdas 2013,antara lain kanker stroke, penyakit ginjal kronis, diabetes melitus dan hipertensi

Kebaikan prevalensi penyakit tidak menular ini berhubungan dengan pola hidup antara lain merokok, konsumsi minuman beralkohol, kurang aktivitas fisik seperti olahragaolahraga serta konsumsi buah dan sayur.

PATHWAY TO HEALTH SYSTEM REFORM

Aldentification of Structural Challenges

• Data system : health data is fragemented between public owned and private health facilities

• Health care delivery: vertical and horizontal health services are disintegradate, not based on needs, no task shifting

• Medical education system: requires reorientation of medical education by setting a standard of family doctor (sp.KKLP) for PHC

• Budgeting system not according to WHO benchmark of 1% GDP, overlaps of budget regulation between national and sub national govemments

• Health work force mechanism inconsistent not based on multi discplinary team

THEORY OF CHANGE NEW FRAMEWORK

• Reistating community based health efforts based in PHC with active outreach to communites

• Shif of role for comunity health workers from voluntary to ment and perfomance based

• Public private mix clear incentives for private sector invoinvolvement in PHC
